The Teen Expo Friday was high energy. After a few moments of hesitation the students' eagerness to learn something new won out! Equipped with several Self-Care ideas and a stress test, the time flew by. Chair massage demos were only available for those over 18 years of age - a major disappointment for the students! A few of the teachers did stopped by for a mini break in the day.Thank you all for your interest! See you next year!
